Video Two (Team Consultation) examines the development of effective personal attributes of individual team members. The content highlights general pre-conditions of successful consultation and establishes practical rules of consultation procedure. The role and responsibilities of the team leader are redefined and finally the video examines the principles of decision making.

The video material should be viewed by each team member individually and later as a whole team. The team should view the video content chapter by chapter and discuss its relevance to your own organization in association with the downloadable Study guide and team Questionnaire.
